Why do Mitt Romney's current TV spots (the first of his I've seen on our California stations... and I've been watching a lot of TV lately...) only talk about how much better he is than Hillary Clinton?
Does he not realize he's got to tackle the McCain juggernaut before he gets a crack at whichever Democratic candidate wins the nomination? Does he not realize that Independents and Democrats can't vote for him in the California primary?
There must be a reason that I'm just not smart enough to come up with. So, you're smart. What's the deal with this?
Well, you know the most important section of voters to target is the group that CANT VOTE FOR YOU...
Maybe he's secretly switching parties? (/me shudders a little)
Have you noticed that Obama is looking positively presidential these days? Freaky.

maybe this is to show how completely unconcerned he is with the primary... he's moved on to the actual race.

Because there's more political hay to be made by ripping Hillary Clinton than by paying attention to those pesky little facts.
Ripping Hillary Clinton = skiball or whack-a-mole to about 40 percent of the country.
